My name is Dena Williams, and I am a RealtorĀ® with Keller Williams in Brentwood, Tennessee. I created Nashville Real-Estate to put the information you need in your hands whether you’re buying, selling or simply just living in Nashville or the surrounding areas. Too often real estate company sites and real estate agent sites miss the mark when it comes to being informative and helpful to consumers. I would very much like for this site to be different and relavent, but I need to hear your needs constantly so we can stay on target, I need feedback on posts of whether they are helpful or not, and your suggestions for making a particular post better or the entire site better. Posting comments and sharing the site with others (even if they don’t live in this area) will help immensely.
I’ll make every effort to address your suggestions just as soon as possible. Make sure you bookmark the site, and add it to your RSS feeder because I have tons of things I’m adding soon that I really believe you’ll love! Or you can also add me to your favorite social network:
One of my favorite categories of the site is the “Living” category. You would expect resources on buying a home and selling a home on a real estate site, but since real estate is all about homes…why can’t it be really about the home? This is a great section for people who live anywhere…not just Nashville. Taking the kids to the Adventure Science Center. Jogging on the greenways nearby. Building a deck or planting a garden. Decorating on a dime. Area events. Organization nightmares. Man caves. Groceries. Remodeling projects. Dirt on the floor that the kids dragged in a few minutes ago. Let’s collectively give tips to make your home a better place for you and the entire family, even if that’s just you and a pet rat (I have actually been told they make good pets…I, personally, will be just trusting my friend on that one.)
But my ultimate favorite part of the site is the community. This is where you can help one another, give and get feedback from projects or ideas from one another, discuss topics, and much more. You can post your own videos, photos, blogs and various other media elements to express your ideas of what home is to you, share your expertise and advice, and get feedback where you need it. Maybe you knit and that’s home to you, so you post pictures of your creations. Or maybe you have a car detailing instructional video you made. Perhaps you want feedback from a remodel before/after photo. Maybe you’re thinking of selling, so you upload video or photos of your home to get staging advice to make it stand out more. Or you just might want to know where the best Italian restaurant or daycare is near your home. Who knows…that’s the beauty of it…it’s what YOU make it to be, and there are no limits. Call it a real estate social network if you will, but I hope it becomes much more than that. So please be a regular there and invite your friends so that it truly is a helpful community for all.
So spread the word and let me know what you think. Thanks for letting me have a small part of your home.
You can learn more about my actual background or contact me here where we both can determine if we’d be a good match in working together to buy or sell real estate.
